Sales Emails Examples

 
Before getting started with the examples, please keep in mind that you shouldn’t try to sell products that don’t align with your list theme.
Treat your list as your friends and only sell them products that you fully trust in.
 
Story
 
A story is incredibly powerful to create an emotional bond with your reader.
 
You want stories that have drama.
Stories that are funny.
Stories or lessons you learned the hard way.
Stories of triumph.
 
When you write story-based emails, make sure to take a lesson out of it and to tie that to your product.

On yesterday's emails I covered a success story.
 
On today's email, I'll cover a failure one because life ain't all rainbow and sunshine.
 
We all know Steve Jobs, but one thing that most people don't know was that he was fired from Apple in the mid-eighties.

That's right though. Steve Jobs was fired after two failed products development.
 
They were called Apple I and Apple Lisa (computers), and I bet you've never heard of none.
 
The funny thing about failed ventures is that they're always forgotten.
 
Apple lost millions of dollars developing those two computers, and the products were a
total disaster when they hit the market.
 
Fortunately for Jobs, he got back in the company a few years later and has one of the
strongest tech legacies out there.
 
It's quite funny, right?
 
Most people are afraid to take shots because they might fail...
 
While in contrast, one of the most praised tech CEO's was fired from his company for not
developing good enough products.
 
Even the best of the best fail.
 
And they fail more than once.
 
But they always get back in the game, and I suppose that's what set them apart from the crowd.
 
How many times have you failed trying to bootstrap an online business by yourself?

The key is iteration and having a solid core idea to build upon.

If your reader sees others having success with your product, he will instantly believe he can achieve that level of success as well.

If your perfect outcome is something your readers deeply resonate with, he’ll take his credit card out of his wallet as fast as humanly possible.

People love to buy products at a discount so they can give themselves a pat on the back.
