First things first, I highly recommend sending your emails from your own domain instead of your Gmail/Hotmail. Although not mandatory it would make your email list more professional.
Your first step should be to choose a domain name and register it on Google Domains ($12/year) and add Google Workspace for improved deliverability (formerly known as G-suite, costs $6 a month.)
Once you have your domain, create an alias with your name like the example below.
Using your personal name will increase trust, and make you seem like a real person and not just another “brand”.
Every email marketing platform will allow you to change your “Sender” name and email, and you should change them once you have chosen your email platform (next chapter).
